Q.My lipstick plants get dried limbs on the end and leaves drop.

I have an old plant and also two new ones. They all have the same problem. The old one has new leaves and growth near the end of the vine but no leaves near the soil. It still blooms every year, but not as much as in years past. The new ones were sent through the mail and have the same problem but they look healthy and are growing.

I can take a picture but cannot download to my computer.
