I have a small lemon tree planted from seed. The tree now has a lot of fruits. The first fruit I harvested is not juicy enough. It is getting a lot of sunlight and I fertilize regularly with organic UREA.
It sounds like the tree needs more water. I would recommend increasing water, particularly while the tree is in fruit.
This article is about oranges, but they are very similar to lemons and the issues are the same. This article will point out some other possibilities:

Tall shoots at top of tree. New shorter limbs at bottom. Which ones should I cut?

We have moved into a home where there is a lemon tree growing in the backyard. The tree itself has large thorns and the fruit look like tear drop shapes with rough skin, but not as rough as a bush lemon. When cut, the juice seems to be clear but a little sticky, feels a little bit like the sap of oleanders but not white. The lemon itself tastes something like a lemon but has a bitterness which is not like a lemon. It has a bitter aftertaste.

My 30+ yr old lemon tree looks like it's on its last leg! The tree is 2/3 blackened and looks dead. The other 1/3 is not and produces lemons still, so I'm hoping to save it. I just moved into this house and it hasn't been cared for in years. Do you think it's possible to save it or should I cut it down and start over? If I do save it, how do I go about it? I know next to nothing about lemon trees so I have no idea what to do. Thanks!
A lemon tree either dwarf or standard lifespan can be 50 years or more if it is well cared for.
A tree that has has little care and not pruned or maintained may of coarse not live as long.
Your tree may be infected with Sooty Mold.
If the tree is not leafing in the blackened areas, it may have killed that part of the tree.
Sooty Mold can be treated, though a large tree is more difficult.
If you feel you would like to try to save the remaining living part of the tree, you may want to call in a professional to treat the tree with fungicides.
Remember to keep in mind that a loss in the garden makes for new opportunities.

I have a lot of buds on my tree but no leaves! I have it on my deck in the sunny climate now. All winter no leaves.
There could be a few different reasons and here is a link that should help.

Can I use pesticide on lemon tree while the fruits are growing? The leaves are yellow and curved with black dots. Some have white residues. I don't want my fruits to be pesticides. I want them free from poison chemicals, but I think the tree is in a very bad shape.
I'm listing a few links for you with information on possible disease or insects to the lemon tree.
Though not everything can be treated with Neem OIl it is a good treatment as it works as both an insecticide and fungicide.
