There are many cultivars of lantana, as there are with most common garden plants. Unfortunately, modern varieties are often not as hardy as older ones were. You did have some cold weather this winter, so it's possible that yours did not survive. If it's not showing green leaves yet, you're probably going to need new plants. All established lantana on property is bare twig in the middle, little foliage on top. What little leaves are left have large spots of gray/black and are chewed as well. Consider the conditions your plant are growing in, and how they may have changed over the year. For instance, have trees grown up creating more shade? Could the soil use some amendment? etc.
