Either! This would be an excellent time to trim it into the shape you want without stressing over cutting blooms and foliage. On the other hand, if you let it start growing when and where it wants, you will only remove the frost- bitten parts. I've done both, with good results.
How do I root lantana?

I live in Switzerland, altitude 1, 000m. I want to plant a few Lantanas (what kind?) into pots. Will they get through the winter outside, or do I have to put them into a cellar, which is not heated and has no light. Thank you.
Lantana will not survive your winter outside. If your cellar stays above 32*F., the lantana will survive, but require light. Fluorescent bulbs of warm white and cool white will give the light spectrum needed to overwinter.
Snails are eating my lantanas up. What can I do about that?

I live in Louisiana. Lantanas have stopped blooming and started dropping green leaves. What's going on?
It could be the time of year and/or lack of water. If your temperatures have dipped below 50*, the plants got cold. Lantana will throw leaves when dry to conserve water.
Where can you buy seeds?
I would recommend doing a local search for your area to find any retailers or even mail-order catalogs. Your local garden center may also be able to help. You can also check out eBay. In my experience, eBay is actually a great place to find unusual plants/seeds. Just check the feedback on the seller before you buy.
I have a large lantana plant that has grown and bloomed beautifuly the last few years, but now it looks like the whole thing is dead. Should I cut it back now? What are the chances it will survive? Thanks for your help.
