Lack of proper light can cause your plant to become leggy. You can prune it back to shape the plant and keep it from becoming top heavy.
Make prune cuts at forked intervals or remove any branches that are wayward.
Flowers should be pinched off of the plant after blooming.

Many Kalanchoes that are sold in garden centers or floral shops are sold as a blooming indoor plant and they are generally grown to last 6 to 8 weeks of blooming for customers.
Many homeowners toss them after this time. You certainly can grow and maintain this plant as a house plant but reblooming may be quite difficult.

Your plant is probably suffering from too little light. This article will help you:

Providing more light will likely help it fill out. You could also prune it back, and even use the pruned-off portion to make a cutting and propagate the plant according to these directions:

Your plants look like they are doing well so far. Grow lights are definitely helpful. Since you have those and the window, I think your plants will get enough light. Other wintertime tips are to cut down on watering while the plants are indoors, watering when you feel the surface of the soil dry out, and to avoid fertilizing until spring.
