Its March I see one of my plants look shiny and when i shake it appears to have aphids (white) falling off. Remedy?
This does sound like aphids. You can use neem oil to get rid of them. Just be sure to spray OUT of direct full sunlight. Such as a cloudy day or very early morning. Neem oil is very good at deterring a wide range of pests.h
Deer have eaten all the leaves off my Indian Hawthorne. Will the shrubs come back this spring?
They will often return from the base, and are pretty hardy against this punishment. This article will help you to figure out ways to keep deer away from this: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/deer/deer-repellents.htm
Deer have eaten all the leaves off my Indian Hawthorne. Will they come back out this spring?
You will need to watch for signs of life.
If the bark damage is limited, it can heal on it's own.
You can do a scratch test to see if the tree is still alive.

I have two large banks of indian hawthorn bushes. Plants are very healthy. I get very little blooming of flowers in the spring. Bushes are several years old and only once in this period have the bushes bloomed nicely. What I get are a few blooms here a few blooms there.???? I do try to stay ahead of the fungus and spray with daconil beginning in early spring. Could this be the culprit? I receive southern sun on both banks
Do you fertilize these regularly? This could be the culprit. It could be that it needs a little boost of phosphorus and potassium. This article give you more information on the care of these: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/indian-hawthorn/growing-indian-hawthorn.htm
I have an Indian Hawthorn shrub in my front yard. A vine of some sort rooted itself by the shrub and seems to have choked it. I dug up the vine with the intention of digging up the dead shrub, but found the lower, thicker branches still have some life in them. Can this shrub be revived? If so, what do I need to do to help it? Thanks!
There is no real way to tell if the plant can recover, other then time.
Check the branches for signs of life. Do they bend or break? Prune the dead branches and wait it out.

My indian hawthorn does not get flowers what can i do ?
I have plenty of blooms but they do not fully open. What is the problem?
It could be that it is lacking in phosphorus and potassium. I would recommend applying an all-purpose fertilizer every spring for proper development through the year.
