Its March I see one of my plants look shiny and when i shake it appears to have aphids (white) falling off. Remedy?

This does sound like aphids. You can use neem oil to get rid of them. Just be sure to spray OUT of direct full sunlight. Such as a cloudy day or very early morning. Neem oil is very good at deterring a wide range of pests.h
