I have tiny bugs on my hibiscus leaves which are white and look like powder. Plant is growing but I don’t know how to get rid of them and don’t know if I need to change out soil or what? Plant is about 4 ft and I live in Colorado.

I have a whit perennial hibiscus I leave in the garden over winter.
I have never seen a true white tropical cultivar. There are shades of pink that are very close, with just a little color towards the center, though.

My Hibiscus plants are developing yellow leaves. Will Bone Meal help this? Thanks !
You can use bone meal if you are having a flowering problem and need to increase the phosphorous. Yellowing can be caused by several things, see the article below. If you haven't fertilized at all this year, you can add a balanced fertilizer such as a slow release 10-10-10 or 20-20-20. .
But the yellowing may not be fertilizer related. It could be too much or too little water, high temperatures, too much sun, or pests. Try to determine the cause before trying to fix it.

Plant was made into a topiary. Just repotted from pot purchased in. Soil seems rich and damp but plant is a bit puny.
Make sure you choose a pot just 1 or 2 sizes larger than the existing pot. Use a good quality potting soil.
