I have removed a hellebore that has black disease can I replace it with another one in the same place?
Since it is spread by insects rather than water splashing off soil, it should be OK to plant in the same place. Incorporate compost to help disperse any pathogens just to be sure, and use mulch to prevent anything soil-borne from splashing on plants. Here is more information about the disease, plus a good one on all types of diseases.

the foxes have just racked up a pile of soil and produced these white bulbs but not sure what they might be.Helebores are in that patch of ground. A disabled gardener unable to dig deeper. Thanks for any suggestions Jon
Hellebores are not bulbs. I suspect it is daffodil bulbs as they are planted in many gardens.
I’ve recently bought a Helleborus, one flower has gone to seed. Should I remove it?

would phostrogen help or replanting they are mature plants and healthy leaves
Phosphorus may help, but be sure to measure before you add to be sure that you need it. It could be an excess in nitrogen, as well.

I purchased two hellebores yesterday from the grocery store. They were outside, but I left them inside overnight. Immediately they're now soft and droopy. Was it the change in temperature that they didn't like? If I plant them in pots outside tomorrow, will they perk back up?
They do best planted in the ground, but they should do fine in a container, too. They probably drooped from the change in temperature and light. The roots dislike being disturbed so take care not to repot often. It can delay blooming.

It’s still to cold to plant outside What do I do?
Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to assess the situation. It does sound a bit like it could be overwatering, or lack of light, though.
