Warmer climates tend to do best with spacing of about 6-8 feet apart while other regions they can be planted with about 4-6 feet spacing between plants. Row spacing should be around 5-6 feet.

I have Concord and muskadine grapes and need to know the best fertilizer for them. I live in Florida (northeast part, zone 9). Can I use horse manure? I have plenty of it and also chicken fertilizer I have plenty of it too.
Growing grapes require a soil pH of 6.0 to 6.5. You can also mix in organic matter so the soil contains two to three percent. This means spreading 20 pounds of nitrogen per acre. A pH above 6.8 can be acidified by using sulfur. This will create the best soil for growing grape vines. Both horse and chicken manure make great organic fertilizer but should be aged a bit before use to prevent burning of the roots. Here is more info on using these manures in the garden: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/composting/manures/horse-manure-compost.htm
