I received this plant as a house warming present. It is outside in a screen room. It is starting to get red spots on the leaves. It gets watered twice a week. Any help as to why or what to do would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Hugh Lynch
This is a fungal infection, but it looks humidity related. I would use a fungicide of your choice, and spray the soil and plant according to the instructions.
Here are some articles that will help:

Make sure to water, only, when the soil is dry down to about 2 or 3 inches between watering. This will allow the most important portion of the soil to dry out enough to keep beneficial microbes around, but not keep it wet enough to let destructive microbes multiply.
This article will help you to test soil moisture:

We've had this fiddle fig leaf (and regular fig leaf) plants inside our house in indirect light and watering regularly for about six months and they are all dying horribly. Help! What are we doing wrong?
Plant problems are often watering issues. Do I see pots within pots? While that is OK, it is important to remove the inside pot to water and let it drain well before returning to the outer (or cache) pot. If not, the roots will likely suffer from too much water and root rot. The same is true of pots with no drainage holes.
I suggest letting the soil dry out between waterings, rather than watering on a schedule.

I’m relatively new fiddle leaf mom. I was wondering if someone could tell me if I can divide this guy into two? Thank you!
I can't tell from the photo whether there are two separate stalks or one is growing out of the other. If there are two, you likely can separate them. You also can make more plants by stem cuttings, which is the preferred method of propagation. Here is more:
