As you can see from the attached pic, my fern is starting to turn yellow/Brown on the fronds. Look forward to your reply. Thank you Renew.
Epsom salt is Magnesium sulfate. Without a soil test that determined Mg and Sulfur deficiency, it would be pure guess work to apply such a limited product and ignore the other essential plant nutrients and trace elements.
In my opinion it would be better to use a slow release complete organic fertilizer.
I don't know this company or product but I searched for South Africa and it sounds like they are in line with modern COF (complete organic fertilizer) standards.

I have a tall fern that needs cutting back in height. Can I shorten it from it's head and replant the section without killing it
Can you include a photo? Generally, ferns will remain compact from a crown, so a photo can help me to see what you are referring to.
My fern has a lot of dried branches which I had to cut off. I've been misting it and I've kept it in a bright section of the house where I can constantly watch it so I see more new leaves unfurling, but its still looking quite sad. Help me. What can I do? Do I need to repot it? Do I need to mist it constantly?
This appears to have been a transition container, not intended for long term growth. It is likely that the plant has completely run out of nutrients, and is bound up in the container. I would replant into fresh soil. You shouldn't need to mist it, unless it is dry, but it doesn't hurt to do so.

It's still green, but where the fern leaves die, they just crumble all over and they leave these sharp, dead sticks all throughout the center mostly. Do I cut these down to the soil? Pulling them out will not work.
I assume this is indoors. Humidity can be an issue for ferns indoors. Misting can help and even placing a room humidifier near the plant will provide the moisture it needs.
You can clean all the dead leaves and stems from the plant.

Ferns similar to holly ferns
Most ferns are very similar to one another. This collection of article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/foliage/ferns
My ferns start turning brown in July and then die all the way back but return in spring? They are planted on the north side of my house and are gorgeous from April till June then they start turning brown and die back all the way, look pretty ugly too. They return every spring and they spread very aggressively even under the sidewalk to the other side of it. I keep them well watered. Do they die back from too much sun or heat? The angle of the sun in July gives them some direct sun for a short time.
Yes, it sounds like they are getting too much sun.
Most Ferns thrive in shade or part shade. Morning sunshine with afternoon shade also is a good balance.
Each year I fight worms on my large Woodwardia fern. I've used Safer caterpillar killer with mixed results. Even in a diluted form it burns the fern and is less than effective Any suggestions for prevention?
Neem oil can help in this case. There are many other things that you can do, though. This collection of articles will give you more information on insect control, as well as many other organic gardening tips: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/special/organic/
