Should I trim it back before moving it inside for the winter?
My research shows that there may be some chance you could over winter this plant in a cold greenhouse, but any exposure to a frost will likely kill the plant. Overwintering indoors is not recommended and I have not found any success with this.
Should I spray? I see tiny black bugs or something on the stalks.
You can use Neem Oil on the plants. Neem Oil is safe for people, pets and bees.

how sensitive is corn to cross pollination
This depends on so many factors. These numbers can range from 150 feet to 600 feet. Any other corn in that area could be pollinated.

I live in Italy, near Vicenza. I planted corn the first part of March, the weather was in the 50's. Nothing came up? I added fertilizer to the garden, waited a week or so and planted again, also some green beans. It has been about 15 days and nothing again? I dug up where I planted the seeds and nothing there? Also, dug up where I planted the green beans, no little plants growing just small little orange worms, about 1 inch long? I don't know what to do?? Any ideas? Need help?
I think it is still too cold. Corn and beans like summer weather, at least 60 F at night. This time of year is perfect for peas, carrots, lettuces and broccoli.
Some thing is digging up corn seeds. Will a solar powered vibrating mole repellant placed in the garden bother the plants?
I can't verify the if this product works.
Seeds can be dug up by a variety of pests and even birds.
You can try placing netting over the seeds until they are established.
