I have my plant in a 10x10 pot and about 8" high and my plant is about 37" tall. Should it grow good in there? I have about 2 dozen tomatoes on it.
A 5 gallon container is optimal for a single cherry tomato plant. This would be about 12x12, slightly larger than you have, but your plant will probably do just fine, especially since it's already producing fruit. If it seems to lag at any point you could try adding a little extra compost to ensure it's happy..
Cherry tomatoes with leaves turning brown and withering over several weeks. Still produces fruit but less.
This could be a watering problem, but there are many possibilities. These articles will help you identify the problem:

A large portion of my cherry tomatoes are cracking and splitting just before they get ripe.
Temperatures fluctuating and uneven watering are common causes of tomato split. Much of that is out of a gardeners control.
You can harvest when they are slightly less then ripe and this can help with the crop.

Live in Venice, Florida and have Bonnie tomatoes and yellow cherry tomatoes. It's going down to 39 tonight. Should I cover them?
Yes, you should. Look at this article here on GardeningKnowHow: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/tomato/growing-temp-for-tomatoes.htm
My cherry tomato is 5 ft tall and full of tomatoes. The problem is they are dropping off the vine green. Help!!!
When the tomatoes drop prematurely it is generally due to plant stress.
This can be temperature changes, uneven watering, insects or disease.
Excess fertilizing and high nitrogen levels can also cause fruit to drop.
Your green tomatoes can be still ripened off the vine.

Tomatoes are growing fine but they are black at the stem and top of tomato. What could be the problem?
Without an image, I can't really determine if there is an issue or you have normally growing tomatoes.
The coloration could very well be related to the variety that you are growing.

First time growing cherry tomatoes and it's gone crazy!! What do I do next please. Some Flowers came out but it looks like they are dying again. I water it daily and feed it weekly. Thanks.
You should have removed any side shoots which appear between the leaves and the main stem, thus leaving you with just one vertical stem. It looks as though it has gone too far for that. Support the with string and if there are six trusses already formed on the whole plant, then pinch out all the ends of the stems to stop any more forming
