Hi, I’m Yan from Malaysia. I grew this calla indoors since about a month ago. For now, the tips of flowers and leaves are turning to crispy brown (As picture shown). Soils is dry and they stop growing about appx 2 weeks back. Are they in dormant phase or they lack or watering/nutrients?
You can cut off the spent blooms. When the foliage dies back, you can cease watering and move the container to a dark place for its dormant period. Here is more about the care of calla lilies:
I planted a potted calla lily about 3-4 years ago and they keep spreading. I don't do anything. Can I just stick the bulbs back in the ground?
An animal may have unearthed them for you or soil heaving from freezing and thawing. I would replant them as soon as possible. Plant them about 4 inches deep, if you can with the new growth. If not, plant them as deep as possible without covering the new growth.

I received a Calla lily for my birthday. It is an inside plant in pot.
Either is fine, but out of technicality- One should cut the flower, first, and then the stem when it finishes dying off.
In this case it really isn't going to hurt anything to cut the stem, now. Just be sure to leave a small nub to heal over.

I live in zone 7b. I planted Calla Lilies in spring of 2015. 2 of the 3 planted that survived the first winter are huge and I want to divide them. How many rhizomes can / should I remove? Is it safe to leave the divided rhizomes implanted for 1 week before replanting?
I would not divide after the first winter. There will, only, be a few offsets. I would wait 2 or 3 years.
Should you still want to attempt this task, this early, here is an article that will help:

Transplanted blooming plant from shop bought 4 inch pot about 2-3 weeks ago.
It may be suffering from transplant shock and should bounce back with proper care. I would remove the brown foliage and follow these care instructions:
ago at room temperature, but no sign of growth so far. I live in Chicago area. Is this normal? Also should I put them outside now.
Did they receive water about once a month during the winter? If not, you may have lost them. Bringing them indoors in a pot you can treat them like a houseplant and give them bright light and regular water. If you lift the bulbs, you can store them in peat moss over the winter.
