Greetings , I was asking how many butternut squash harvest from one seed plant (how many to expect when they are ready to be harvested) , I have planted 160 of seeds so I don’t know how many I should expect. Secondly what fertilizer and measuring scale for it to use
This number varies with the care that the plant receives. Each could bear one, or ten or more! Of course proper care, climate, genetics will play a large role in determining crop size.
To ensure the best harvest, possible, be sure to give the plants proper care. These articles will help you to do so:

As far as feeding them- My preference has always been compost as a topdress ever few weeks. Whatever you choose to use as a fertilizer, make sure that you follow all instructions on the packaging.

So we have 3 butternut plants growing on our balcony in large fabric pots. It is early summer in India and they get abt 8 hrs of sun per day. We have female flowers growing and opening nicely but the males are small and not opening. Help
Excessive heat can cause this. See if you can provide some shade with a shade cloth. These articles should help:

I planted a Butternut Squash plant in a 10" terracotta pot. It has grown quickly, and even has blooms. But now the leaves are turning yellow? Is it a watering issue or a fertilizer issue?
It could be a watering issue: too much or too little. They do need more water since they are in a container. This article should help:

Can I add epsom salt that has bentonite, ginger root oil, lemon peel oil to my butter nut squash?
I would have caution. If there is very little bentonite, then it could be ok, but you still run the risk of sodium toxicity.
Personally, I would opt for a cleaner product.
This article will help you to use epsom salts in the garden:

We have several butternut squash plants in our garden and been having a dry spell (no rain). I’m wondering when we water them should we just be watering where the plant was originally planted (meaning the roots) or should we also be watering the vines growing out?
The entire soil area should be watered, as the roots extend far from the crown.
Here is an article that will help:

Plants received enough water. Pepper plants are doing great. Tom Boersma
This can happen from infection from soils that do not have a chance to dry out between waterings. You may want to solarize the area. This article will help:
Fungicides may, also, help.
