I'm finding a blck worm on the foliage. What should I do? I'm growing these for my daughter's wedding. They seem to be dropping a lot of black specs.
Boston fern spores are little black spots. But if your sure it has insects, I suggest neem oil

Boston fern can be over-wintered as a houseplant with special care or allowed to go dormant while in a pot. Here are the details: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/boston-fern/overwintering-boston-ferns.htm
I have a Boston Fern from this summer. It is HUGE! Over 6 ft wide and about 4 feet high. I hate to get rid of it but don't know how to take care of it. Help!!
You can always divide a section of to restart in a pot, then divide the rest out and give them away. Just simply pull clumps of the plant apart at the root level, making sure each segment has its own roots. Plant these in individual pots, and there you have it. It is, basically, a way to start over when the plant gets too big.

It's been on outdoor terrace since spring and I have had aphid problems with other plants.

After bringing in my Boston Fern, I noticed little black pill like things falling on the floor around the plant. Are these seeds to save?
It sounds like the spores, and you can try planting them, though it takes a long time and the plant won't be true to the variety you have.

Can I use this and do I only feed in the summer. If fertilizer is better, what numbers are best for a Boston? Thanks!
Epsom salt on its own is not a complete fertilizer. This will only provide magnesium and sulfur. These are but a very small part of what a plant will need to survive. This article will help you to feed Boston fern: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/boston-fern/boston-fern-fertilizer.htm
