We have a large amount of wild blackberries. They seem to be very small or smaller than they once were. Is there anything we can put on them to make them larger?

Last year, I planted 5 blackberry plants. This year, there are thick canes that tend to grow straight up growing from the roots. These canes have 5 leaves instead of 3, but look the same shape and size. Should I prune them?
This sounds like witch's broom. This article will explain more:

You can cut them off. They will not produce fruit.
Will my blackberry plants spread on their own? Is there a way to restart new plants from the plants that I already have?
These plants will come back on their own each year provided they have been given proper care. Here is an article that you may find helpful: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/blackberries/growing-blackberry-bushes.htm

There seems to be suckers coming up from my blackberries and the mother plant is suffering. Do blackberries have suckers like roses? Do I cut them?
Cut those off. They are most likely suckers from the root stock and will have inferior fruit. This article will explain more:

I have 2 different kinds of blackberry bushes. I have several berries on both. The vines are two years old. I noticed that on one plant it looks like a worm or some pest has been eating the leaves. It's only in about a 2 x 2 foot area, and the pest is picking which leaves it wants to eat. Would you have any ideas of what pest this is or what I can do? Right now my bushes are extremely healthy and I would like to fix this problem.
It might be a blackberry looper. Does it look like the caterpillar in this article?

Bt (Bacillus thuringiensis) is effective against almost all caterpillars/worms. Neem oil is effective against almost all the rest of the pests it could be. I would try the Bt first as I suspect that these are what are doing the damage.
