When do I break up my clusters? Planted 3 years ago and I need to split them up.
Early fall is the ideal time to divide your lilies. The signal to divide will be when the stems and leaves turn yellow.

Does soil type affect color of Asiatic lilies like it can for hydrangeas? If so, what would the treatment be to change the color? I have had mixed answers from local nurseries about whether the soil affects them, but I seem to have plants that are different colors than when I bought them.
No, the soil does not affect the color of the lily. In poor soils, the colors may not be as vivid, but it would not affect the actual color.
I just moved into a home, which had an Asiatic lily planted. I cleaned out the garden and soil that it had been planted in, but the flowers only bloomed two weeks. I put some compost and new soil down with some plant food. Will the bush re-bloom?
No the Asiatics will only bloom one time.
Keeping the plant dead headed will help the smaller buds open fully.
The flowers will fade quicker if the temperatures are warm.
Your plant preformed as they should.

When is the best time for separating Asiatic lilies?
The best time for dividing and transplanting these lilies is early fall.
I just purchased 1 Asiatic lily and it had a few flowers on it. They are gone now and I don't see any other flower buds on it. Will it flower again this year?
Most likely not any more this year. Dead head the spent buds.
Next year you will be rewarded with more flowers

I purchased Asiatic lily bulbs online and received them right away. It's July. What do I do with them? Is it better to plant them right away and water them in or do I somehow store them until fall? If I do plant them right away, do I water them regularly or leave them alone?
I see no reason why you should not plant your Asiatic lilies now - they will flower mext year. Do not let them dry out.
What do you do when the leaves on Asiatic Lilies are being eaten? They have small holes in them. After the lilies stopped blooming, I noticed the leaves getting little holes and notches along the edges.
It could be any number of insects causing the damage, but treat the plants with Neem Oil.
This should take care of them and is safe for people, pets and beneficial bugs.
