e. I live in Florida in Port Orange, FL which is on the East coast. Do I simply plant it from the container (pot) that it is now residing? Do I have to do anything in regard to the bulbs? I assume there are bulbs in the container.
You can plant it outside. Here is more:

I have a chronic problem with aphids, it's farm country and they brought in Asian Beetles, which has destroyed our Ladybug population and Aphids that destroy my Butterfly Plants as well as the Milkweed. Also need Iron for Lilies. Thank You.
Those can be purchased at your local home improvement stores, big box stores, and garden centers and nurseries.

How to you plant them again? Because I did that and none of them came fort.Unfortunately I can show a pic or video I had to throw them away. I think I watered them too much also.
Overwatering will be one of the most common causes for losing a new planting. This article will help:

The plants bloomed and then browned and died. I need to know what I did wrong. These flowers have been blooming and staying around for the summer months. They were here when I moved in 14 years ago,and bloomed well. This year has not proved to be a good year for these flowers.
Asiatic lilies only bloom once about midsummer. Then the foliage slowly dies back during the summer. If your lilies have been blooming for 14 years, they probably need to be divided to increase their vigor. Also, if you haven't fertilized, you might try a slow release 5-10-10 next spring.
