All these palms are not growing at all.i. had purchased it 2 years back.till now it has not grown an inch.whats the reason.

Certified ExpertA.I did some research and didn't find anything that said they drop their branches, so I would check its growing conditions with these below.

Make sure you aren't overwatering. They need moist but not saturated soil. They also are prone to root rot, which could result from overwatering. Also be sure it isn't being overfertilized. It needs bright, but indirect light.
If you think it is overwatered, you can replace the soil and repot it in a clean container. If you use the same container, clean it with a 1:10 bleach and water solution (1 part bleach to 10 parts water).

Certified ExpertA.This looks like it could be spider mites. It will need to be addressed pretty quickly. They can destroy the plant fast.

Certified ExpertA.Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to see the issue at hand, but what you are describing does sound much like spider mites. Neem oil and persistence is going to go a long way, here. Many turn to predatory mites or ladybugs, but this can be a problem indoors. These articles will offer a few insights:
