My African violets are on my window seal and are shaded from direct sunlight by blinds. My leaves have turned brown and no blooms. Looks like they are dying! What am I doing wrong or not doing? HELP!

It is only about a year old. Never bloomed just got leggy. It gets plenty of light. I thought it might have gotten too much water. I've let the soil dry out but the leaves show no sign of drooping. I got it as a young plant in a 2" pot. It has gotten food for violets about every other week along with my other violets. The other plant on the same self has been blooming and is very healthy. What should I do?
The older leaves at the bottom naturally die out, which can leave it looking leggy. It still looks a little droopy. It may be getting too much water.

Hi, Most of my African Violets are now growing over the side (curved stems), see picture. Can I safely separate them without damaging their root systems. I have 3 or move main stems growing out of a 4 inch, plastic, well aeriated pot. Thank you.
You can move it into a larger container, but if you want to divide it into plantlets, you can.

They used to flower very well. Unfortunately, there are so many leaves and few flowers now. The position of the plants has always been the same. I water them when the soil is starting to get dry.
There is no easy solution to this issue, unfortunately. This can be caused due to several reason, as this plant is quite particular in its care requirements.
