Q.Should I Cut Back Bloodroot That Is Starting To Go Dormant. Very Dry Summer And Bloodroot Leaves Fallen Over. I’d Like To Cut

It shouldn't hurt to cut it back, since it is going dormant anyway. Next year if you keep it well watered, it may refrain from going dormant till fall.
