Q.Should I Be Worried If The Amount Of “twigs” Pm My Japanese Maple Is Greatly Increased This Year? They Are All Over The Tree

The twiggy growth can be removed if you can reach it. It looks like water sprouts, probably initiated by the root damage stress. Give your tree the best possible care.
