feeder added on June 20, 2017 | Answered

Rose of Sharon flowers wilt shortly after blooming, we have a lot of buds but all flower\'s wilt within a couple of day\'s. We had a very WET May and now temp\'s in the 90\'s. Last yr flowers were plentiful and had no problem. I cut back some this winter, leave\'s look ok had some Japanese Beatle start on leaves but sprayed with Permethrin and they are gone?

You could try a fertilizer high in phosphorus( the P in NPK). This article may help as hibiscus is the perennial version of Rose of Sharon
