I have an above ground garden in which I planted Romaine lettuce. It has grown very tall, with flowers. The same thing has happened to my cilantro. In doing some research, I understand this is bolting. Can I cut these down to a few inches and let them regrow? Should I let them continue to bolt? (I live in AZ)
