Recommend Intuitive Garden Design Software For Win 10 PC Or IPad App

Question

I want to diagram my flower beds so that I can refer to it throughout the seasons when planning and to remember what I planted. Have searched the web and not satisfied with limited results. Don’t want a really complicated landscape design program. Suggestions much appreciated.
