Q.Pruning oleander

Zone Cheshire UK | Anonymous added on May 13, 2018 | Answered

Can I prune my oleander standard now, it was bought and covered for the winter removing cover in late march. It is showing no sign of budding but still has dead bloom on it from last year. Do I leave it till sept or prune now. Plant otherwise looks healthy.

Regards

David

Pruning should be done after blooming, but if it still is holding old flowers; trim those away now.
