Please Can You Tell Me What Is Wrong With My Desert Rose Which Has Grown Very Tall And No Branches?

This rose was seed planted and is about 1 1/2 yrs old. It only grows straight up, but others planted at the same time have grown branches and bloomed. What is the cause?

That's not uncommon. I would cut off the top 1/2 to an inch down. That should cause it to branch.
