I have 2 15cm x25cm deep with peony in they are just beginning to show. They have been in these pots 2years now, should I be transferring them into slightly bigger p it’s or wait till autumn Thank you

Peonies are typically transplanted in autumn. If you move them now, the usual transplant shock may ruin this year's blooms. Definitely add 2" of compost on top if there is room. Don't cover the emerging stems, however.
