Peony Plant

Q.Peony Care.

Zone 19063 | Anonymous added on June 18, 2021 | Answered

I have had a peony in the same place for 5 years. Last year I counted over 25 blooms. It is 6-18-20 and I have a massive plant of foliage and not one bud, in zone 7. Why is it not flowering? It is not buried too deep or it would not have done so well the past 3 years, after it established itself. Confused in PA.

If you don't feed it, frequently, or it is fed something too high in nitrogen, then this will be the issue.
