Q.Peonies

Zone Trenton,nj | Sindc added on March 8, 2016 | Answered

I’m feeling sick, it’s March in NJ and I just saw my husband trimmed my two beautiful peonies bushes I’ve had for 5 years to woody branches a foot high from the ground. Will they come back?

As long as the tubers themselves were not damaged, your plants will recover.
