Pale Peony Leaves

My yard does not have good dirt. My small peony plant has pale leaves. It looks like it needs nutrients. What do I need to feed it with.

Peony plants need a sunny location with good organic and well draining soil.
You can start with a soil test and that will help you determine how to amend the soil for the best results.
