My Weeping Mulberry Trree Branches Are Upright Not Drooping When Do They Start Dropping?

Its just over a year since I planted it its about 15 feet or more growing well

Weeping trees are weeping when first purchased. If yours is 15 feet and not weeping I would say you have another variety. Sometimes they start out weeping, but a stray branch or two might start growing upright. Those should be cut out. But yours sounds like it never weeped.
