My Swiss cheese plant not growing since 6 months

Question

Hi sir, I am from India ( south). My Swiss cheese plant not growing since 6 months. I don’t know what is the problem? Last six months, one new leaf is growing and one leaf is dry.
Pls. Solve my plant problem.
