This appears to be a fungal infection, usually caused by overwatering or remaining wet for too long. You can cut the flower after it has faded and died off. Don't cut any foliage until it is completely dead as well.

You will have to treat this with a fungicide. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/info/using-fungicides-in-garden.htm

This article will help you to care for Anthuriums indoors: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/anthurium/anthurium-care.htm
