Q.Japanese Maple reverting back to its original state.

Zone Columbia, SC 29 | Anonymous added on June 15, 2019 | Answered

A Harp String Japanese Maple that was grafted has taken on the characteristics of one of its species that is also in the same garden. Is it noted that a grafted Japanese Maple will begin to revert back to its origins easily if a species is close by?
