Q.Italian Alder Whip Planted In Winter Now 60cm. Plus But Bottom 30cm Bare. Pruning Advice?
Will pruning help branching lower down and if so when to prune and where on plant? Thanks

Though pruning can promote branching, it can also weaken the structure over time. Have care when pruning, and only leave branches that are angled upwards, and not horizontal.
