The large one is gorgeous! Desert rose plants should bloom in the same year they are propagated from seed. Check its cultural needs: Five to six hours of sunlight, 1/2 strength fertilizer every week during spring and summer, keep soil moderately moist during growing season - dry side when dormant. If the pots they are growing in are too large, the extra soil will allow too much moisture and the plants will stop blooming.
