I Got A Grafted Madhumalti Plant Two Months Back. It Is Not Flowering. How Can I Fix This Problem?

when I purchased it, it had many buds on it. Maali planted in a pot and slowly flowering reduced. Since last month there is no flower on it though new leaves are coming continously.
