I Got A Grafted Madhumalti Plant Two Months Back. It Is Not Flowering. How Can I Fix This Problem?

when I purchased it, it had many buds on it. Maali planted in a pot and slowly flowering reduced. Since last month there is no flower on it though new leaves are coming continously.

It may not be suitable for pot culture. Other possibilities include not enough sunlight or the weather. This article should help:
