I am trying so hard to grow the bride, my shrubs are in pots and about 12” high, can I transfer to the garden

I have already lost some last year and I am trying again, they are very important to me and I would really like to see them succeed. Please do you have any tips for me? Thanks

I will need to know the exact kind of shrub before I can give you good recommendations. Also, as we are based out of the US, as much about the climate of your area as you can give will help me to know what to do here as well. Photos will also help me to see what is going on.
