Q.I Am Training A Young Climbing Rose: Do I Prune Stems?
I am training a young climbing rose (year after first flower) to a trellis. There are several healthy stems that are growing in the wrong direction. Should I prune them? Or would that harm the plant? They are already shooting healthy leaves.
