Q.how to get rid of little black ants on hibiscus tree

I have 2 potted hibiscus plants and have noticed little black ants crawling around the pot and now on the leaves and branches. How do I get rid of them?

The ants themselves are not a problem, but they are likely on the plant because of aphids, which secrete honeydew that the ants are attracted to. Getting rid of the aphids will in turn get rid of the ants. Neem oil is great for this. Here is more info:
