How And When To Take A Cutting Of My Swiss Cheese Plant Please

Hello, I have taken 2 cuttings off my plant already and have 2 to 3 aerial roots growing but wondering if I should leave as it might make the plant look too chopped? What would you suggest? And if so where should I take the cuttings. I guess you need a leaf like my other 2 cuttings with them always or is that not so? Thanks

The aerial roots will grow into the soil so it's not necessary to remove them. They help stabilize the plant.
