Q.hibiscus leaves shriveling up and falling off

Zone Dallas, Texas | barbarafetzer added on May 8, 2015 | Answered

Have three plants – have not replanted – in original pots. Put the pots inside larger pots and have kept them watered – plants have bloomed and bloomed, but all of a sudden, the leaves are turning yellow and some are even looking dry and shriveled and fall off if touched. Have added potting soil and plant food; however, we have had some really stormy weather lately and the wind has blown – could that be the cause? They get the afternoon sun.
