Heater I Should Buy For Small 200 Sq. Ft. Greenhouse

We purchased 3 Windmill Palms from FL this spring. We live in Western KY. We built a small greenhouse to house windmill Palms while weather can go down to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. We have sand and mulch around the base. What specific heater should we purchase for our greenhouse that will not dry out our Palms? How often and how much should we water our Palms while in the greenhouse? Thank you.

Water your palms when the top of the soil begins to dry out. Water till it flows out the drainage holes.
