Q.Growing kiwis
I live in central Louisiana, USA. Can I grow kiwis here and can I plant a whole kiwis to start it’s growing? What fertilizer is needed?
Yes you can plant Kiwi in Louisiana. You need at least one male which can pollinate several female plants. (Sounds like the boasts of a friend of mine).
Improve your soil before planting with compost. General purpose slow release natural fertilizer is best.
