Did you know that Kiwi is also called Chinese gooseberry and is native to that country. It is used in Chinese medicine to eliminate internal heat and relieve thirst. (And you thought a cold beer would cool you down on a hot summer day after working in the garden, try Kiwi juice.) It has powerful antioxidant properties including high Vit C.
