Garden In Severe State

Question

hi, i recently bought a house with a massive garden, half of it it rebuilt and ,maintained well, but the bottom half is in severe need of help. quarry stones, rubble, overgrown, fairly flat but uneven, it looks like a builders tip. my question is where do i start, do i need builders advice, or hire a landscape designer or something else?

It mainly looks like it needs the trash hauled off. Then decide what you want to do with it. Nurseries usually have landscapers that can help you with your gardening projects. If you can afford a landscape designer, they can do wondrous things.
